The plain-language version
Privacy Policy
What Alarmis collects, why, and what we never do with it.
Effective October 14, 2026 · Master Software Solutions LLC
Alarmis is built by Master Software Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Alarmis app, why we collect it, and what we do and don't do with it. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate.
What we collect
- Account info: your name and email address, and the sign-in method you use (Apple, Google or an emailed code).
- Phone number: the number your caller rings. We verify it with a text-message code before the first call.
- Alarms, missions and preferences: your alarms, the wake-up missions you finish or miss, your streaks, your chosen caller, your time zone and your settings.
- Calls: the time, length and outcome of each call, a transcript, and an AI summary used to check you're awake. Wake-up calls are also recorded; test, callback and reminder calls are not recorded by default. You can delete a recording from Call history at any time.
- Reminders: the task reminders you create, including any you import from Apple Reminders (their titles and times).
- Approximate location (optional): if you turn on weather in your wake-up call, a location rounded to about a kilometre, used only to fetch your local weather.
- Apple Health (optional): if you connect it, Alarmis reads your sleep data on your phone to suggest a wake time. The raw Health data stays on your device; if you accept a suggestion, only the resulting alarm time is saved. Health data is never used for advertising.
- Accountability partners (optional): the name and email of a partner you invite, and the wake-up outcomes you choose to share with them.
- Support: the messages and any photos you send us from the app.
- Purchases: your subscription status and transaction identifiers from Apple. We never see your payment card details.
- Device info: a push notification token and the app version, so we can send your alarms' notifications to the right phone.
How we use it
We use your data to run Alarmis: ringing your alarms, placing your wake-up calls and checking you're awake, tracking streaks, sending reminders and notifications, running the accountability-partner feature, and helping you when you contact support. We also look at overall usage to fix problems and improve the app. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who we share it with
- Supabase: hosts our database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vapi and Twilio: place the phone calls and send the verification text. They receive your phone number and the call's script and audio.
- OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs and Cartesia: power the caller during a call: OpenAI writes the caller's replies, Deepgram turns your speech into text, and ElevenLabs and Cartesia produce the caller's voice. They receive the call's audio, transcript and script, only to run the call.
- Apple and Google: handle App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, push notifications and, if you choose it, Sign in with Google.
- RevenueCat: keeps track of your subscription status for us.
- Resend: sends our emails, such as sign-in codes and partner updates.
- Open-Meteo: provides the weather for your wake-up call. It receives only the rounded location.
- Your accountability partner: sees only the wake-up outcomes you've chosen to share.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers, and we never will.
Data retention
We keep your account, alarm and call data while your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts stay until you delete them or your account. When you delete your account in the app, we delete your account data and ask our call providers to erase your recordings and transcripts; that erasure can take a little longer to complete on their side. We may keep limited records, such as purchase and security logs, where the law requires.
Your choices
- Location, Apple Health and accountability partners are optional and can be turned off at any time.
- You can delete any call recording from Call history in the app.
- You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or by contacting us.
- You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Children
Alarmis is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
