Terms of Service

The rules for using Alarmis — in as little legalese as we could manage.

Effective October 14, 2026 · Master Software Solutions LLC

These terms govern your use of Alarmis, an app made by Master Software Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Alarmis is a wake-up alarm app that places real phone calls — via third-party voice infrastructure (Vapi and Twilio) — when you don't complete a wake-up mission in time. Because it relies on telephony providers and your device's network connection, we can't guarantee a call will reach you 100% of the time. Alarmis is a tool to help you wake up, not a substitute for critical safety systems (medical alarms, emergency alerts, etc.).

Call timing and delivery

Wake-up calls are placed after the grace period you set on the alarm ends. During high call volume hours, such as early-morning peaks, your call may be delayed by a few minutes.

Things outside our control can delay a call or stop it from reaching you. These include your carrier, poor signal, Do Not Disturb or Focus settings, a phone that's turned off, and an outage at a third-party provider. The alarm on your device still rings either way.

Alarmis is a motivation tool, not a guaranteed wake-up service. Don't rely on it alone for anything where oversleeping could cause harm, such as taking medication, travel or a safety-critical shift. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the consequences of a missed or late call.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information, including a phone number you actually use.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Alarmis.

Subscriptions

Alarmis offers weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Pricing and any free-trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your Apple ID account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as Apple handles all billing.

Our Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellation and the free trial work.

Accountability partners

If you opt in, you can designate another person as an accountability partner. You're choosing to share specific wake-up outcomes with that person and, if you miss enough wake-ups, to let them select your wake-up caller for a set period. This feature only shares what you've explicitly agreed to share, and only with the person you've chosen.

Acceptable use

Don't use Alarmis to harass anyone, don't attempt to interfere with the service's operation, and don't use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimers

Alarmis is provided “as is.” We work hard to make sure wake-up calls go through reliably, but phone networks, device settings, and third-party infrastructure are outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for missed calls, missed wake-ups, or consequences that follow from them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Alarmis after a change means you accept the updated terms.
